Ten minutes before start so check-in and setup sit inside booked time. Late arrival shortens recording time unless a buffer was agreed.

Lyrics, charts, stems or multitracks on SSD/USB, headphones if you prefer your own, water. For vocals: warm clothes and rest — see prepare your voice.

One or two guests are fine. Larger groups please announce ahead so monitoring and layout work.

Half- and full-day bookings include short breaks. You may eat in the lounge; strong smells in the booth are avoided for mic hygiene.

We log the issue and agree a fair fix — reschedule or partial adjustment per terms. Hardware you bring is checked before we roll.

Default is 24-bit WAV at project sample rate; stems and podcast loudness as quoted. Mastering options: choose mastering formats; podcasts: formats and loudness.

Download link or your drive — fixed in the quote. Large multitrack sets are split into packages for stable transfers.

24 months on our systems, then deletion per privacy policy. Keep your own backups promptly.

2 rounds with batched feedback while arrangement and track count match the quote. Extra scope is re-quoted.

Yes when agreed in the quote. Unedited takes may be listed as a separate package; we discuss storage before the session.

After full payment for the agreed service you receive usage rights in the recordings produced for you, as set out in our terms. We do not keep hidden label shares.

Only with your written approval per track. Default is no public use of your takes on our site or social channels.

No. Session material is not used to train generative models. AI images on this site are illustrative only — see disclaimer.

You confirm samples and beats are cleared. We cannot provide legal clearance but flag obvious risks.

Companies get quote and invoice with VAT ID; payment term 14 days. We can sign a data processing agreement for personal content on request.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card in the studio by arrangement. Bank details are on quote and invoice.

30% of the quoted amount after acceptance. It is credited to the final invoice.

Extensions only with your OK and if the next slot is free. Extra time is billed at the hourly rate of the booked service.
