Accessibility statement

Last updated : 15 October 2026

The German version of the legal texts is authoritative; this English translation is provided for convenience. Barrierefreiheitserklärung

In short

  • This statement covers the noelpulse.click website, not third-party sites.
  • We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA and improve the site continuously.
  • The Stapelgasse studio has physical access constraints — contact us before visiting.
  • Feedback and issue reports are welcome at [email protected] or +43 1 546 78 90.

1. Commitment

Noelpulse GmbH (Noelpulse) wants people to use our website and recording services in Vienna regardless of disability. This statement describes the current accessibility of noelpulse.click and how to reach us when something does not work for you.

It supplements our privacy policy and legal notice. Contractual information: terms and conditions.

2. Scope

This applies to the public website at noelpulse.click in German and English, including services, guides, FAQ, and contact.

It does not cover email alone, phone calls, delivered audio files, or external services we link to (such as OpenStreetMap). Where companies act as controllers, our data processing agreement also applies.

3. Standard and legal context

We use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our technical target. EU and Austrian rules on accessible products and services also guide our roadmap where they apply to websites.

This is a transparent self-description as of 15 October 2026, not a certificate issued by an audit body.

4. Measures on the website

When building and maintaining noelpulse.click we focus on:

  • semantic HTML with a main landmark and meaningful headings;
  • a skip link to main content and keyboard-reachable navigation;
  • sufficient colour contrast in our teal-and-amber layout;
  • text alternatives for informative images on service pages;
  • labels and error messages on the contact form;
  • correct language tags (de-AT / en) and a language switch;
  • a cookie banner operable by keyboard with equivalent choices — see cookie policy.

Illustrative photos may be AI-generated; they set mood rather than document real sessions.

5. Known limitations (web)

Despite care, some content may not yet meet every criterion. Examples we know or plan to improve:

  • decorative motion may affect sensitive users — browsers often allow reduced motion;
  • map links open OpenStreetMap with its own accessibility features;
  • we do not currently publish PDF-only or audio-only guides; articles are HTML under guides.

If you hit a barrier, send the URL and browser — we prioritise a review.

6. Physical access at the studio

Our studio is in a period building in Margareten (Stapelgasse 8, 1050 Wien). The entrance is reached by steps; a step-free ground-level entry is not available today. Rooms include 3 production spaces: live room (about 42 m²) and iso booth (about 12 m²).

If you have mobility or hearing needs, contact us before booking at [email protected] or +43 1 546 78 90. We can discuss whether a session is feasible or whether remote work (e.g. mixing or mastering) fits better. Directions: Take U4 to Pilgramgasse, then walk about 7 minutes via Rechte Wienzeile toward Stapelgasse. Alternatively tram 6 or 18 to Margaretengürtel / Kettenbrückengasse, then a short walk.. Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday by appointment 11:00–16:00, closed Sunday..

7. Feedback and contact

Send website accessibility feedback to Noelpulse GmbH, attn. Lukas Berger:

We usually reply within 2 business days and indicate a planned fix window when technically possible.

8. Enforcement

If our response does not resolve your concern, you may contact the relevant enforcement body in Austria. Consumer and accessibility bodies such as the Chamber of Labour and the European Commission publish general complaint routes; we do not name fictional mediators.

Effective 15 October 2026. Updates appear on this page with a new date. The German version is legally authoritative.
