In short

  • We use contact and project data to reply and deliver studio work in Vienna.
  • No ad tracking or data sales; recordings are not used to train AI systems.
  • Session files are usually deleted after 24 months unless agreed otherwise.
  • Rights and questions: [email protected] or +43 1 546 78 90 — we aim to reply within about 2 business days.

1. Controller

The controller under the GDPR and Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) is Noelpulse GmbH, a limited liability company (GmbH), registered office at Stapelgasse 8, 1050 Wien, Austria (Noelpulse — recording studio in Margareten).

Managing director: Lukas Berger. VAT ID: ATU75942303. Company register: FN 501467 p, court: Handelsgericht Wien. Phone: +43 1 546 78 90. Email: [email protected].

We have not appointed a data protection officer because, after an internal review, this is not required for our activity. Please use the contacts above for privacy matters.

2. Scope

This policy covers processing on noelpulse.click, by email and phone, and during services at our Vienna premises: vocal recording, mixing, mastering, podcast production, and rehearsal recording.

When a company or label books guests it instructs, Noelpulse GmbH may act as a processor. The client’s instructions and our data processing agreement then apply; this policy only supplements where we remain controller (for example accounting).

Contractual rules on payment, cancellation, and files are in our terms and conditions and FAQ.

3. Data we collect

Contact form and enquiries: name, email address, optional phone number, requested service, optional preferred date, and project description. Required fields are needed for a meaningful reply.

Contract and delivery: billing and payment details, artist or band name, scheduling, correspondence, and references for bank transfers. If you pay by card on site, the transaction runs on the acquirer’s terminal; card numbers never enter our systems.

Recordings and project files: voice, instruments, and performance can identify individuals. We process them only to deliver the booked service, including up to 2 revision rounds where agreed, as described under services.

Technical data: World4You Internet Services GmbH logs website access (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier) to operate the site securely. Your consent choice is stored locally in the browser and contains no name.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data under Article 9 GDPR. You do not need to share health information to reschedule a session.

5. Voice, image, minors, and AI

Your voice and image are protected under Austrian privacy and personality rights. We do not publish audio excerpts, session photos, or client names on noelpulse.click or social channels without your prior written consent.

We do not use customer recordings to train, test, or improve artificial intelligence systems. We do not create voice clones or synthetic imitations without explicit written consent from the person concerned.

People aged 16 and over may book online themselves; younger participants may take part only with written consent from a legal guardian and a responsible adult present during the session, as set out in our terms.

6. Recipients and processors

Only Noelpulse staff who need access for their role can view personal data — currently the team including Lukas Berger, Mia Hofer, and Jonas Erdmann in Vienna.

Recipients may include:

  • World4You Internet Services GmbH, Hafnerstraße 4, 8055 Graz, Österreich — website hosting and email infrastructure;
  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — technical forwarding of contact form content to [email protected];
  • tax adviser — billing data, bound by professional secrecy;
  • bank — payment processing;
  • authorities — when we are legally required to disclose information.

We use Article 28 GDPR contracts with providers that process data on our behalf. Cookie details: cookie policy.

7. Transfers outside the EEA

Website data and business email are processed through World4You Internet Services GmbH in Austria or otherwise within the European Economic Area. Studio project files and raw takes remain on our systems in Vienna unless we explicitly agree another secure transfer method with you (for example encrypted media).

FormSubmit is operated from the United States. When you submit the contact form, your name, email, and message may be processed there. To our knowledge, the provider relies on standard contractual clauses and/or your enquiry as a pre-contractual step (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). To avoid this transfer, email [email protected] or call +43 1 546 78 90 directly.

8. Security

We apply appropriate measures: HTTPS only for the website, individual accounts with strong passwords, separate project folders per client, locked premises outside booked hours at Stapelgasse, and deletion of archive data after 24 months.

If a personal data breach is likely to pose a risk to your rights, we notify the Austrian Data Protection Authority and inform you when the risk is high. No internet transmission is completely risk-free; once data reaches us, our internal safeguards apply.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21), and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)).

Contact [email protected] or write to Noelpulse GmbH, Stapelgasse 8, 1050 Wien. We usually respond within one month; complex requests may take up to two additional months, which we will explain. Exercising rights is free; manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may be refused or charged reasonably.

You may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at. Please contact us first — many issues are resolved quickly in conversation.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies and comparable browser storage remember settings or measure use. noelpulse.click does not use analytics, advertising, or social media trackers. We only store your consent decision under nlpl_consent_v1 for 182 days in localStorage.

Our banner defines five categories (necessary, functional, analytics, marketing, display) and offers equally prominent accept, reject, and customise options. Optional categories are empty for now. Details and browser help: cookie policy; change settings: .
