How we work with you

Since 2019 we have recorded vocals, bands, podcasts and multitrack projects on Stapelgasse. We align on references, track count, delivery formats and time budget before recording starts.

Whether you overdub in the 12 m² iso booth or cut live tracks in the 42 m² room, the same team that wrote your quote runs the session. Process and rights are summarised in our FAQ and terms.

What we offer

From enquiry to delivery

  1. Your brief

    Form, phone or email: project type, track count and preferred dates are enough to start.

  2. Written quote

    Within 2 working days you receive a slot proposal and a quote with net and gross amounts.

  3. Confirmation

    After you accept, a 30% deposit secures the date; the balance is due on the session day (B2B: 14 days).

  4. Session and archive

    We deliver agreed files; raw material stays on our systems for 24 months.

A Margareten address, not an industrial park

At Stapelgasse 8 in Margareten we link an 18 m² lounge, a 12 m² booth and the live room into one workflow. Take U4 to Pilgramgasse, then walk about 7 minutes via Rechte Wienzeile toward Stapelgasse. Alternatively tram 6 or 18 to Margaretengürtel / Kettenbrückengasse, then a short walk.

How fast do you reply?

We usually answer within 2 working days with a slot and quote. For urgent dates, say so in the message or call +43 1 546 78 90.

What does an hour of vocal recording cost?

The hourly rate is €95 incl. VAT; half-day and full-day packages are on vocal recording. Net amounts are in the table on Services.

Can I cancel at short notice?

More than 5 days before the session, rescheduling or cancellation is free. Later windows are in our terms and booking FAQ.

Which files do I get after a mix?

Default is 24-bit WAV and agreed stems; exact formats are fixed in the quote. See plan your mix budget and files FAQ.

Minimum age for sessions?

From 16 years onward. Younger artists need a parent or guardian to book, pay and sign consent before we schedule studio time.
