1. Purpose
This disclaimer complements the Legal notice, Terms, and Privacy policy. It explains how we publish content on noelpulse.click and liability limits for the website — separate from liability for booked studio services (Article 14 of the terms).
2. Content and professional context
Descriptions of Services, workflow, room sizes (live room 42 m², booth 12 m²), and gear (e.g. 28 microphones, 24 patch points) reflect our setup in Wien. Tips in Guides such as Podcast formats or Mix budget are general; your project may differ.
We do not provide legal, tax, medical, or health advice. Loudness targets, mastering goals, and release plans are your decisions; we advise within the project scope without promising chart, streaming, or licensing outcomes.
3. Updates and availability
We update copy and sample prices (e.g. €420 for Vocal recording) regularly but cannot reflect every change instantly. Short outages may occur during maintenance or failures at World4You Internet Services GmbH or due to force majeure; we aim to restore service quickly.
Binding prices and dates arise only in your personal quote under Article 4 of the terms.
4. External links
Links to maps (OpenStreetMap), platforms, or partners open third-party sites. We review links when adding them but cannot control later changes. The respective provider is responsible; contact them directly if needed.
5. Copyright and third-party marks
Software, hardware, and service marks mentioned belong to their owners. References describe our workflow, not endorsements. Material you send remains yours; we use it only to perform the contract (Article 11 of the terms).
6. Photos and generated imagery
Photos illustrate typical studio situations in Vienna; people may be team members or models. Images may be created or edited with generative tools and are not a literal record of a single session. Visible brand names on equipment belong to manufacturers.
7. No automated decisions
The site does not make automated decisions with legal effect about visitors. People in the studio handle enquiries; see Privacy for form data and retention.
